Get ready for the heartbreak fest of Karpos Live Mix 3.3

Tears are falling in anticipation.

This is it, we’re counting down to the last Karpos Live show of the year. We’re getting a little separation anxiety, considering that a total of seven shows happened in the span of less than six months. Not to be totally cheesy about it, but it was a constant, y’know? Even though I’m pretty sure it’ll be back in 2019 (presumably after Wanderland), waiting to see what Karpos Multimedia will do for the next series is still quite a ways away.

Sepanx aside, Mix 3.3 will be one helluva closer. Co-headlining the show, all the way from Brooklyn, New York, is Cigarettes After Sex. They’re sure to bring some of their signature noir dreampop with hits like Apocalypse, Nothing’s Gonna Hurt You Baby, and their latest single, Crush. Do you believe in life after love? Cigarettes After Sex does.

Joining the band is another local legend, UDD (f.k.a Up Dharma Down, in case you aren’t up to speed). I hope you’re ready for even more heart-wrenching, soul-crushing tunes, because even after all these years, Armi and the band still got it. If you still haven’t seen them live (remember all those sweaty nights in Saguijo?), then you’re in for a treat.

Any which way you turn it, this is going to be the Karpos Live Mix to be at, so don’t miss out. As usual, it’ll be at the ABS-CBN Tent at Vertis North, and tickets go for P2,850 at karposlive.com and Ticketnet outlets. Let’s crydance together, shall we?
