Our top picks from Herschel’s new collection

No better inspiration than the future.

What are you looking forward to? Called “Look Forward”, Herschel Supply Co.’s new campaign focuses on today’s youth— us leading a life filled with passion, enduring optimism, and creativity.

Herschel’s Fall 2018 campaign is all about the youth. The brand celebrates our dynamic culture by  featuring several personalities from different disciplines, from ballet to motorcross riding (special mention: our boy from Stranger Things, Finn Wolfhard, is featured in the “Look Forward” short film).

We got a sneak peek of Herschel PH’s “Look Forward” campaign at Nova Gallery in Makati. The event featured a photo wall where guests can write what they’re looking forward to. Along with performances from Jason Dhakal, DJ Brandon John, and mural artist Jappy Agoncillo, it celebrated creative ingenuity and the energy of the youth today. And with a youth scene as vibrant as ours, Herschel’s keeping up with new and updated items we’re sure to love.

Look forward: The local youth scene is front and center in Herschel’s new campaign, launched at the Nova Gallery in Makati.

For fall, Herschel introduces updated carryalls, new insulated pieces for its apparel, and a compelling range of travel accessories. You’ll probably get tempted to cop them all, but to help you choose, here are our top picks from Herschel’s Fall 2018 collection:

Surf’s up

The brand partnered with Surf Fashion pioneer, Hoffman California Fabrics, for Fall 2018. We’re looking at upgraded Heritage backpacks, Fifteen Hip Packs, and Voyage Coach jackets. They all come with Hoffman’s distinct floral prints that’s sure to get heads turning with bag envy.

Fanny, fanny, fanny packs

Hip packs are becoming a staple (thanks to bloggers and our faves from Perea Street) and we’re joining the bandwagon with these. For fall, the compact and convenient Fifteen Hip Pack also returns in Ash Rose, Black, and Deep Teal.

Charged and ready

Herschel’s updated Trade Power collection will make you want to travel stat, and for good reason: it comes with a device charging feature. No more waiting for sockets or holding powerbanks because we’re in the future now. The brand’s also introducing a clever selection of travel accessories. Get ready to bring their Standard Issue Luggage Scale, Amenity Kit (ear plugs, sleeping mask, slippers, and an inflatable neck pillow), and Travel Adapter on your next getaway.
