To celebrate World Chocolate Day last July 7, Crimson Hotel Filinvest’s Chef Ben Bourgeois decided to make everyone’s day a hundred times better by whipping up 100 different cookie flavors. Yup, a hundred kinds of cookies are all available for the taking at the hotel’s Lobby Lounge, with 100 grams (around three cookies) going for P100. Dubbing it the 100 Cookie Project, Chef Ben is baking all 100 flavors fresh daily until July 21.
While you’ve got your standard favorites (Dark Choco Chip, Gooey Nutella), they’ve also got some Filipino flavors (Ube Macapuno, Tanglad) and twists (we highly recommend the Wasabi Chocolate Chip and the mango cookie) — all baked with premium ingredients. 70% of the cookies are made with world-class, homegrown Auro Chocolate, which includes the Matcha White Choco, Tablea, Gluten Free Milk Choco, and more. They’ve also got vegan cookies, gluten free cookies, and other healthy options.

If you wanna take your cookie experience to another level, stay for their Chocolate Afternoon Tea from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., which combines the sweet with the savory, with little bites like the Roasted Beef with Chocolate Sauce Pie and White Chocolate Strawberry and Basil Tartelette alongside the usual scones. Wash it all down with your choice of tea or tsokolate de batirol.
