It’s not just you, 2018 does feel like it’s been going on for 84 years. The past year has been equal parts exciting and exhausting, kind of like a roller coaster we didn’t even want to be on. This is why we’ve all had to think of methods to keep our sanities intact in order to get out of it alive. From checking our Poet Astrologers forecast every Monday morning to recharging our crystals every new moon to finding the perfect tools for our 12-step skincare regimen, the year shaped us into masters of self-care.

This Christmas, we want to share that knowledge through tangible items that can help our friends find their calm. Check out this gift guide to see the best parts of the year that we want to keep for 2019. While we can’t change the world, it doesn’t mean that we have to stress over it.
